Why wasn't my credit applied?

If you have a credit but it is not applying towards the event, first verify your credit is listed with the same organization as the event you are looking to register for. 

Credits on Motorsportreg.com are organization/club specific, meaning they can only be used towards an event from the organization that created the credit.  The next time you register for an event with the organization that you have a credit with, the credit will automatically be applied to your payment due. 

You can view any outstanding credits on your account under the  “My Account” tab by clicking into your profile picture/helmet. If you don't see it listed under your contact information then you'll want to contact the event organizer that should have issued the credit.
