How do I get a refund?

Refunds and cancellations are handled by the event organizers directly. You'll want to drop them a note with any questions or requests in regards to refunds. 

  1. Cancel your registration
  2. Contact the organizer by clicking the "Ask the registrar a question" link on the Dashboard page. Click into the event you are requesting the refund for.

If you are due a refund, you can ask the organizer to add it as a credit on your account for use towards future registrations with their organization. 

Remember many event organizers are volunteers who donate their time so please be patient when waiting for a refund. Some organizations will mail you a check others will refund it back to your credit card. Credit card refunds should appear the next day on your Credit Card statement, but not uncommon to allow a few days for your bank processing policies.
