I think I was double billed - how do I check?

If you think you were billed twice for the same event, check your receipts to verify what the payment was for: 

• Billing tab 
• Payment History →View Receipt 

Note: If your payment failed the first time, your bank may be holding an authorization charge for the original charge. This will drop off your statement once the transaction settles.
