Why can't I choose my number?
Have a reserved number but it doesn't appear in the drop down? The most common cause for this is multiple accounts.
Reserved number pools work by assigning numbers to a specific account. If you have a permanent number under one account and are registering for the event under a different account -- the system recognizes this as a separate entry and will not allow the number to be used.
If you suspect you may have multiple accounts, you can contact us for an account merge by providing us with your:
- Email Address (both accounts)
- Phone Number
- Username (both accounts)
- Username/email you'd like to retain from the merge
Once we have the request and confirmation, we will go ahead and merge the accounts for you. This should prevent any issues with your permanent number for future registrations.
If you don't have a reserved number but you don't see your preferred number in the drop down, another attendee has likely already registered with that number for the event. This pulls the number from the list as it is no longer available.
