Why can't I complete my registration?

If you click Preview Order and it takes you back to the same page, there may be an required field not yet completed on the registration form.

Scroll to the top of the page and you should get an error message in red letting you know what's missing. 

OR

You may also see a red box highlighting around the area that needs updating. 

If you don't find any errors on the page and are still encountering difficulties take a screenshot and shoot it on over to our support team with a message about the issue you are encountering. 

To help us troubleshoot please include a screenshot of the top of the page as well as the options you are selecting.
